Alarm 107

This alarm means the Static Hot Water Temperature sensor (SHWT) has been detected faulty.
This sensor is located at the top of the water heater, within the water level float switch.

When this alarm appears, the water heater is in degraded mode for 30 days (increased time to provide hot water and energy consumption). Once this delay over, the water heater will not provide hot water anymore.
In case you haven't been able to change the faulty component, perform a reboot to start over the 30 days.

Due to a longer time to provide hot water, alarms 230 may raise.

Check t4 value in the Info screen (Info) of the Touchscreen.
